Jade Spade asked: I am 16 years old and would like to go on vacation without my parents, but with my friends. Are there any hotels, companies, etc. that would allow minors to use their vacationing services without parents or legal guardians?

necroofchaos asked: Valet service is about 20- 30 bucks/day, what a rip off. Does anyone know of a hotel that doesn’t do that? I could use some advice. Once we get there,we will use local transportation. Our vehicle will sit until we head home. Anybody from the Big Easy got any ideas?

Melissa S asked: Me and my family (Mom, Dad, 2 brothers- 13 and 17- and me- 12) want to go somewhere over the summer for a vacation. We live in Delaware, and we don’t like to fly that much. What are some good places for vacation that are in driving distance?
We are looking for places with Amusement Parks, Water Parks, Go-Karts ect. Anything fun for the whole family.
And if you know any good not expensive hotels in that area, can you add them too. Thanks.

I’m planning a 6 night vacation in New York for the end of May. My boyfriend and I are planning to save at least $2000 to cover all expenses. For anyone who’s been to NY, is this a realistic amount? So far I have found some decent hotels going for around $150 a night. I am mostly worried about the higher cost of food, travel, etc.
Also, I am flying for free so airfare will not be included in my expenses.

A K asked: I recently read that finding reliable _local_ tour operators for travel in Egypt is difficult, and that hotels are often times part of fraud that either overcharge tourists or do not deliver on the promises made for local Egyptian travel packages (i.e. site seeing at the pyramids, day trip to Sakara, trip to Alexandria, etc.).
Please let me know your tips for finding a local and reliable Egyptian travel agent. Please note that I am not asking for any travel agent in particular but for how to go about finding one. Thanks!

Mook asked:
I am looking for a travel package to japan that has a long duration (at least 2 weeks) but is still low on cost. Perhaps less touring, cheaper hotels, or no meals could cut the cost down so that I can spend more time in Japan. My problem is that I cannot go without a tour type deal due to parental worries.

Pasha asked:
I am from Russia and in about 4 or 5 years I want to go back and visit.
I was wondering how much it will cost to travel there and stay there for about 2 weeks.
I live in Atlanta, Georgia, United States and I want to go to Moscow and stay there for a few days and then fly to the Black Sea where my family lives.
I would have to pay for plane tickets, hotels for about 2 weeks, food, and other stuff.
