Nicolas Nguyen asked: I have to face with a difficult situation. Out of the 12 reservation agents working under her, six wants to take vacation for 2 week to various parts of Asia during the Liberation Day/ May Day holidays to take an advantages of cheap air tickets to Asia offered to travel agent staff . Because of the on going work schedule and heavy booking during the holiday period, I can not allow more than two to be gone at any one time. Should I decide it by myself or turn problem over to them and ask them to resolve it by their.
What would you recommend and why ?

yeah, ok…so I wish I could get a refund but cannot and since it is international the tickets are non-refundable…
